We are excited to be able to offer you this cheaper alternative to supply you with the textbooks you need. However, to continue this program for the future, we need your help in basically returning your RENTAL book in the same good quality condition, by the deadline.

Rental Agreement

By renting a RENTAL TEXTBOOK, you are in agreement to the following policies and procedures:

• The RENTAL book MUST be returned in the same condition it was rented in!
• Do not highlight in the book!
• Do not write in the book AT ALL!
• Do not damage the book in any way (i.e. water damage, broken bindings, pages missing, etc..)!
• All rental book orders require a student identification number.
• All books rented in the SMC Campus Store must be paid/secured with a MC/VISA/DISCOVER with a valid expiration date beyond the end of the semester. Books rented as part our your Textbook Reservation must be secured with a credit card.
• The rental book MUST be returned by the last day of exams or you will be charged the balance of the price of a NEW COPY !!!

RENTALS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND
